Aww man, I can't stand bugs that can't fly straight...that's so damned irritating. I've never seen one since, but when I was in H.S. at the football games these HUGE moths would literally part the crowd in the stands. They were like hot pink striped on their bodies with a 8in wingspan. They were attracted to the field lights I guess.

Have no idea but they apparently live under people's pillows, and live in peoples socks so be careful.

Yeah we get a couple large moths here too.. The Luna moth is one, their larve look like bright green hot dogs.. We also get a huge brown moth but I can't think of it's name.. Both are pretty tho..

Notes: A creature, about 4 ft. tall, walking on two feet and "half humanoid - half dinosaur" was seen by grownups and children. One boy attempted to grab the creature from behind, which let out a squealing or screeching sound and escaped. Also, children attempted to pour gasoline on the creature and light it, unsuccessfully, before it escaped into a "sewer tunnel" nearby.

This was an honest to goodness real story posted in our local papers when I was about 7-8 years old.. They actually had a picture of it but I can't seen to find it.. I tried that papers archives but it won't let me past without buying a damn' paper..
