Oh come now, anyone that has been to 10+ countries in the world, & having seen 28+ states, & wields smilies with the wild abandon that you do can surely abstain from tobacco.

Or you can see your doctor, & get a prescription for Zyban......worked for me

I'm usually not a addictive person. When I quit smoking weed, I did it relitively easy. After last night, the urges are not near as bad and if I can make it 2 more nights of drinking without folding, I'll pretty much be done

Yup and more addictive then Heroine. Shitty drug thats for sure. Can't wait to be done with it. This is my 20th or so time trying to quit

Day 8 or so......I'm starting to forget and thats a good thing, I think

Next two days (Tue/Wed) are my days off and usually enjoying some brew, playing volleyball, cleaning the cars, golfing, etc.... If I can make it through these 2 days, I am pretty much home free.
