228r cam
if anyone has the tsp 228r cam...please post some dyno numbers or 1/4 mile ets if you have them...if you know anything about this cam please let me know

have it on a 114LSA in my a4 car with prc heads. 11.8@115 and drives very nice on the street.

1/4times don't reflect just the cam options. Lets just say its a good cam that can get you too 400ishwhp on a dynoject and into the 11s with a full weight car+supporting mods.

224 or 228 cams are great cams for LS1s. If I ever cam mine, thats what will be going in it.

I'm good with that. When I first got the car my goal was to run in the 11's with a full weight car. Got my 11's and I run it just like I drive it around town. No back seats pulled and things like that. With the 228R it's streetable enough that my wife can drive it when she feels like it. Not to mention it makes good power under 6500 and makes good torque for street use. If I were chasing time slips I'd go bigger and there are times I wish I would've went with the 233/239 cam but for the most part this cam did exactly what I needed it to do.

I have the 228 cam w a 588lift. Its a A4 w/ patroit heads n did 12.0 at the track.Its has good power but if ur worried about timeslips id go bigger 231/237.I wish I went w/ a bigger cam

I have one, 232"/234" .598"/.598", Doesnt like to run under 2k rpm. 3rd gear in a 30mph, even with 4.10 gears, its kinda iffy.
Pulls like a motherfu@#er from 3k-6800.
