deserved. the girls were acting way out of control. besides they had no groceries therefore had no reason to be out of the kitchen.

just because he is a cop he has the right to strike a woman that didn't strike him?

i'm not sure how i feel about this... i'm all for dropping a woman if she hits first but i didn't see him get hit at all..... looks like he just lost his temper which is human in this situation.

He is trying to control the situation. He is being distracted by two people. I would be worried who was coming from behind me.

The second person should have not interfered. The first one should have complied.

It's not like he just walked up and struck her.

It didnt concern the lady that got punched... If she wouldnt have stuck her nose where it didnt belong, she wouldnt have got punched...

Considering the bullshit the cops have to go through I dont blame him. Something tells me if they would have acted like reasonable adults and talked to him, he would say dont do it again and go on your way.

Society today is out of control with blaming everyone but the guilty party. They both should be arrested and charged with jaywalking, assult of an officer, resisting arrest, obstuction of justice. But what will happen: he will get suspended, loss of pay, make a public apology, Jesse jackson will explain about the evil Police department, they will sue for 10.5 million dollars, city will settle out of court with tax dollars from you and me for 8 million.
