Pretty good actually, especially if they are heroin addicts. I know of one white dude whose MO was to kick in the door of almost completed houses and take the appliances. He usually did more damage than actual loss due to theft ($5000 in appliances, $15,000 in damages to counters, floors, walls, doors was about average). The last time he got picked up (and did real time) he confessed to over 80 break-ins in a two month period. This was to support a $500 a day herion addiction. No bullshit.
