We used to build some amazing shit with Legos -- that was back when all they had were blocks, none of this fancy crap you get now.

It's Barbarian!!!
and yeah I'm thinking the same thing, that's what I started with in the first game (Shit, must have been what, 10 years ago at this point?).
Me too about the assn. Looks like they'll have 4 classes in the initial release, and I'm sure at least a handful more in future expansions (Or patches, depending on how they do things. Probably expansions, moar money yum yum).
No way man. I have a 20 gallon rubbermaid tub at my parents house which is full to the brim with all the bricks I had accumulated from when I was younger... Every now and then when I'm at home I'll pull it out of the closet and make some fucking epic creations

Same here. I always make a stop in the toy section when I'm at walmart specifically to look at the Lego. I know one of these days I'm gonna break down and actually buy a set.
I love the new castle stuff, I never had one of the large building castle sets, check out what they have currently:

Probably my favorite theme of legos, here are a couple sets I had:

What I always wanted but never got was one of the larger sets with the three dimensional base, like this:

Strong nostalgia

Don't get me started on legos... I fucking loved the Technic series, love love loved that shit. Here's the holy-grail of technic sets IMO.
