just becuz someone has defined abs doesn't mean they are skinny/ <160 all my friends are super athletic and are under 150lbs but have very little ab definition, even the ones who are 130lbs and can bench 220. In my experience people like me who are 160+ and under 5'10 have a much easier time building defined abs, even if their weight/bench or strength ratio isn't as high. For example i'm 165 and can only bench 220/not as strong as the 130lb guy but my ab definition is much better even though we both do the same workouts, this also goes for others in my weight class. not quite sure why this is though. doesn't even really make much sense when you think about it lol

Holy shit. I just finished the Plyometrics routine. Fucccccckkk.

For those of you who have done it, were you able to finish the routines at the same pace as the people on the DVD?

I mean I didn't think I was THAT out of shape, but I find myself taking A LOT of breaks...especially with the routines involving cardio/legs. I am good on the arms/shoulders/back stuff. Just wondered.

Doesn't matter what you weigh or what your friends weight is. What matters is the body fat percentage to see abs or just about any other muscle group. I can show you tons of pics of people with the same height and weight yet they look vastly different, all due to body fat percentage.

Took a few times to be able to do all of that disc at their pace.
    That one is nuts though.

first time I tried it I didn't really have any problems till I got to the shoulder/back stuff seeing as how it's the only body region my soccer training doesn't touch, I couldn't move my arms up or down very much for the next couple days lol
