Where's all the damage at in the northeast? I saw blips on the news about trees down and power out, but didn't catch where they were at.

I was afraid for my life driving home from work yesterday, the wind and rain on the highway was so freakin dangerous. Tractor trailers make it even worse

We had some wind -- but nothing severe. Hope it gets better out soon as 3 straight days of rain sucks.

Taking a garage break to sample some of the cookies -- the line lock is wired, the switches are mounted in the ashtray, and I have the harness for the cutout run from the console through the body plug beneath the rear seat. I am short a fuse holder for the cutout -- they do not include one in the kit, nor do they tell you what amp rating to get. I am thinking 10 amps would be about right... any idea? Or, because it is a momentary switch, should I use a circuit breaker as well? Sorry to muck up the train with technical stuff.

just laid the smack down on the household. son decided he wasn't going to listen and not come in for dinner, so I went looking for him. Where was he? down by the extremly flooded fast moving river where we told him not to go. I burned his little ass up right ther in front of all his trouble making friends. Of course he came running home screaming like i was beating him to death and the wife started yelling at me for whipping him. I started on her "Oh so it is perfectly fine for him to go down to the river" that changed her tune quick. he started throwing stuff around and i grabbed him and sat him in my chair and told him Now you are grounded for the week you are going nowhere. You are also never to hang with those kids again. I looked at my wife and told her "and if i come home and he is outside you will be packing your shit,I am tired of you letting him do what he wants even during punishment.
so he goes to his room and decides he don't want his dinner and procedes to throw the plate on the carpet and rub it in. Something told me to check on him and when I seen that mess i burned his ass again made him get in the tub and go to bed. since the wife cleaned it up she told him that he was not allowed to do anything until next thursday. looks like I now have reign over the household now.

Jeff, my QTP Cutout had a fuse built-in. The only problem I had with mine was the wiring and where I had put the switch. I put it IN the center console, right behind the shifter/brake assembly. Upon reassembly, the terminals on the switch (3 of 9) got bent and shorted out on one another when i would go to open the cutout, I ended up heatshrinking all 9 terminals on the switch so it didn't happen again.
