It depends on what I'm eating as to what untensils I use. War Wonton soup is kinda hard to eat with chop sticks... Well, not all of it but you know what I mean.
And, yes, I can eat rice with chop sticks.

Chopsticks. Even at home my wife and I have a dozen nice chopstick sets we use. I often use chopsticks for Indian food as well. For some types of food chopsticks are simply far more efficient than traditional utensils (and I'm a 51 year old white guy from Maine).

we have a restaurant with very authentic shanghai cuisine in our neighborhood. the chicken with chinese basil, garlic and ginger is to die for!
