I think feeling better is a big part of it.. Like stress really takes a toll on your body, as does depression. its like my body let go of all that extra... even though i wasnt overweight to begin with.. i just feel tons better

Boost in the morning,, apples and granola for lunch, fruit nut bar with no wheat for a snack.. a small bag for cheetos maybe... a lean dinner steak, chicken, potatoes usually and some steamed veggies.. .. plus lots of water... ill have chips when im at home... i had waffles yesterday for lunch... subway every now and then...


AND ive already consumed 5 boxes of tagalongs,, and they didnt make me gain any hahaha dam girl scout cookies..

fucking bestbuy 'rewards zone' card, if anyone has one, make sure you activate it by going to the website! All purchases after90 days are void and don't count, and after a purchase, it takes like 30-35 days for them to become 'activated' to your account, then once they automatically issue a gift cert, it takes 3-5 days for it to become available. I had over 800 points (every 250 gets 5 bucks), and the fckin thing only issued one 5$ cert., I had to manuallyissue the other 2 and they're avail. immediately because i issued it, but the one they auto-issued yesterday wont be avail for another 2-4 days. wtf. but yeah, if you get their 'free card', you gotta go on the website otherwise scanning it there will be worthless.

I have been using my Rewards card for quite a while. Every few months they will tell me that I have $20 on it and ask if I want to use it. Do I need to do anything?

have you gotten 20$? the way i understand it, i get a 'coupon' that is only online, and the only way to retreive it is to print it from the website. I don't know for sure.

I apparently accumulate credit that I can apply to purchases. I'll go in and get $30 worth of stuff and pay $10. I never tracked it or paid any attention to how it works.
