never heard of a traffic clinic,alabama is not a progressive state,they are really only interested in get the fine money. speaking of that,i got my state income tax refund friday,$134 bucks....my ticket $133 bucks...priceless.

Update:after standing in line for 45 minutes,the lady at the window says the ticket is not in their system yet!I got it almost a week ago,is it like that in other places? She said to come back next monday,then I would be able to pay it.amazing,standing in line with cash in hand and it (after 6 days) is too soon to pay my fine.
