widest tires for TT M 17X9 45 OFFSET?

title says it all basically. i ordered the torq thrust m's 17x9 and curious as to what the widest tire i can fit on those rims on the back of a 00 ws6? if i have to roll the quarters thats ok, my friend has a fender roller from eastwood. thanks.

9.0 or 9.5" wide wheels like the 275's.
Running 275/40/17's on my 17x9.5 TTII's. Don't really want to go wider...as the 275's are the perfect fit for the width.

ok sweet, i just want to get rid of the stock wheels for now as im sure when the time comes ill buy widers rims... im just gonna swap over my tires i have now since theyre farily new. im going to do them myself which makes me nervous cuz if i scratch it its on me, but if i take it to a shop and they scratch it theyre buying me a new wheel! lol

What tires are you running with are you running on your TT's?
Is this the same machine I saw a picture of on a mountain highway sitting sideways with the mountains in the back ground? Awesome pic if it is, I use to have it as a screen saver but I lost it.
