I I look over, the neighbors pig of a wife pulls up and puts it back on the property line. I got pissed, run down there. Pick that mother fucker up and slung it down the drive way. I turn around and flipped,"WTF are you doing in my yard, did I invite you here!!!" We argued, blah blah. I told her entire fucking family is retarded. Her husband has an IQ of an rat. I mention something about him not being able to pass the ASVAB and can't even be a sand bag for the army. Now that's fucking stupid... Then argued, some more. I stepped closer right on the property line and said,"Damn right I am fucking crazy, do you want to see crazy?" I turn around and yelled, "Don't let me catch you trust passing."


I was in the yard and herd her yelling, as he walks by. He stands at the end of the driveway and yells,"I am sorry..." Mom comes out and stands by the garage... I yell back,"That's nice, move along."

I HIGHLY doubt you said/did these things mentioned here...youve mentioned numerious times that u get depressed, and depressed people normally dont act out like this. they normally sit in their room crying to themselves.....and given the "character" you have developed on this site, it proves my opinion even further...go call that boy you gave road head to and see if he will bang u in your "pool house bedroom"

You must dodge and weave all the way down the block before being able to pull in your driveway. In Broken Arrow, driveways are for boats and campers and shit.

And if someone put a garbage can on a property line, and you threw it all over their yard, you would get the holy crap beat out of you.

Someone needs to improve the KGB's aim. I think they overshot and hit most of NY and NJ including the city.

go through your city ordinances and find where it talks about what animals are and are not allowed in city limits. then contact the police regarding the chickens.

if you know any police officers ask them about the property line deal. i know that in my town you can't have a fence on the property line unless you have an agreement with the neighbor. the fence must be placed 6 inches off the property line. something moveable such as trash cans is likely a different case though.

you could also look through the ordinances and see what it says about junk and public nuisances. you could make a complaint regarding the cars that he brings home to rip apart and salvage if he does it in his driveway.

there's a lot of stuff that you can do but i would recommend doing it legally...don't take his trash cans and hide them. it seems that they understand that they aren't wanted on your property and that they are at least with their person respecting the property line so now you have to get them to respect the property line with their property.

and typically everything from the center line of the road through the sidewalk is considered owned by the municipality so the whole deal about the parking thing is a load of crap...he doesn't own the road or the area in front of his house on the road or the curb or the grass boulevard or the sidewalk.

First decent post. Actually, we have no side walk (but understand what your saying). The problem, the big problem with the trash cans. Is both our driveways come together in a V. So when he does put the trash cans on the property line, it's either on the our drive way or near it. When I have a trailer, with a wide load (Or coming from the side yard, onto the driveway). I would have to get out or just run it over.
