Or you can pick up an off road y-pipe for $150 it is a direct bolt-on. Or you can do longtubes and that $500-$1000 budget should get eaten up quick.
Who makes an off road Y pipe that bolts on in place of the cats? And where can I get one?

1000 is a kinda small budget for a complete exhaust system. Here's some pricing, might help you out.

Have you searched the forum(s) for used pieces? Headers and cat back go up for sale quite often.

Just a real quick search I found these prices. I'm sure you can even find them cheaper if you search more closely. These took me less than a min to find.

    $369.99 pacesetter long tubes

    $129.99 pacesetter ORY

    $376.95 hooker catback

That is under your $1000 budget.

No, but I will. I know it's a small budget for something fairly big but this is an unexpected issue. Haven't really planned to do any saving for mods until it's paid off in March.

Thanks man! I didn't know what parts to buy cause I really don't know much about exhausts.

You're welcome, and those parts I listed are all pretty good quality. The hooker catback sounds good and the cost is a fair. I don't have it, but I do have the lt's and Y and and they have held up very good over the years. Some will say to save your money and go for more expensive, borla, corsa, etc. I think those are great but when money is tight there is no need to spend excess just on a brand name.

prices seem to have gone up since last I checked. Summit, lmperformance, ky speed-the last 2 are sponsors of this sight and one has a lower price but I'll let you find it

+1 I've done my best to support our sponsors too. They are all great companies, and people, to deal with imo.

You'd be lucky to get $50 for a pair now. Prices have dropped.
