I met this guy at my gf work xmas party... a bunch of us was talking cars and he jumped into the convo. HE was like back the fuck up dude my car will kill yours.... some year nova with like 600 horse on just motor and like a 150 nitrous shot..... Anytime you wanna run man... ODviously he was a little hammered but still.

All I can do is think, this guy is making 12bux an hour if he is lucky... He probally ain't got shit... My gf informed me he he is a shit talker and he don't have shit.

anyway, my neightbor's friend pulled up in an 02 ws.6. I went over to say hi and told him i have one in my garage. As i neared the car-it looked like it was trashed. Had half the vinyl overlays on the door, paint was cracked in some places. Only had 1 ttop on. Inside the car was torn up b/c he left the tops off while getting hammered at a bar when it down poured. Guy went on to tell me the car has "vette suspension" and SLP upgrades left n right, can hang with vettes and run them down blah blah blah. Said it has Vette gearing, which i said "how does it have vette gearing on a solid axel?" he said "my trans mission is a corvette one" oh ok... i mean, the fucking car had stock T/A exhaust, the ws.6 badge was probably slapped on. It had 02 ws.6 rims but the dude was a tool bag. I just wrote him off and walked away.

It's a known fact that it is harder to listen than talk. Most people just want to talk talk talk. You and I sound allot alike. I'm a good listener also. I hate when somone just talks your ear off though. It's a good quality you have though.

I have one of those "approachable" demeanors. I can talk to pretty much anyone and the general public feels the same about me. So I went to have a radio installed at BestBuy. I was the only customer there and was the last one of the night. The guy told me his life story when I asked if he was going to the Calvalcade of Customs show downtown this weekend. He went on and on about how his grandpa took him off the streets, made him a man, bought him all kinda stuff, made him responsible for that stuff (ie: a new blazer @ 16, managing apartment complexes @ 18, said he owned a rad 72 monte with 24's and TT402, which won numerous shows up and down the mississippi, went to UC on a football scholorship (didn't look like a ball player to me)). I mean, the guy was pitching me so much BS i couldn't get a word in edge wise. Finally I said "so if you have all this money and why are you cruzing in some old blazer? Why are you working for bestbuy mobile?" He said "b/c that's my first car and i'll drive it till it explodes, i love that car." and "i wanna own a shop and do West coast customs style stuff"
