Windows 7..
Just installed this bad boy yesterday....64-bit home edition upgrade from xp
So far no issues with program compatibility (new OS plus x64 I thought there would be) and even though it's prettier it runs a lot faster/smoother than xp. Only issue so far is with my iphone, sometimes it won't register that I have it hooked up.
Anyone else runnin her?

I've been running it since the first beta release. Much better than the previous MS OS's. Everything I've ran it on is much faster than XP/Vista.

I even have it on a bastardized HP 4410t thin client!

So, what about drivers? Any issues with older scanners, software and such like with Vista?

If you have a duo core I'd say so. I'm running a centrino 1.7 w/2 gig ram. If you run 2g's no problems. A bit sluggish with 1 gig though.

I've got Ultimate 64 sp2. I've installed sp3 twice and uninstalled twice
It really slowed me down for some reason and made it run like it had a short circuit or something

Silver- 2002 Trans AM
I just got my PC that I ordered early this week. I came with W7. I am a XP guy, so this is new to me. So far I am catching on to it. Like everyone said, it runs very very very smooth. I am starting to like it .

I paid 100 bucks for my vista HTPC, so i don't think I'll upgrade since W7 costs more than my computer did.

Win 7 starter came on my netbook and it's pretty sweet too. It's kinda like Home but with less flash...even on an weak netbook it's very quick.
