True ... The Saints keep proving all the naysayers wrong .. And it is true this is not the Pats from a few years ago .. I think it is up more to the Saints D to pull it off .....

Pats win, probably less than 3 point margin though, back and forth, hard fought, exciting game tonight I imagine.

I see this going a variety of ways and I can't definitively pick a winner... heres my scenarios

    1. Saints just flat out blow them out and bring to light how weak the Patriots defense is these days because of key players either lost or retired.
    2. Patriots beat the hell out of the Saints bringing to light that maybe the Saints have to lose a game
    3. Patriots win but just barely in a knockdown all out war classic game
    4. Saints win but just barely in a knockdown all out war classic game

I do think the Saints are a beatable team. Teams like the Colts and Vikings can beat them IMO. The Vikings specifically. The Vikings are a stacked team just as the saints are. IMO the Vikings receivers are better, they have the best running back in the whole league and arguably just the best player in the whole league in Adrian Peterson. They have the best Defensive End this side of the retired Michael Strahan in Jared Allen. You name any weapon that the Saints have and the vikings answer to that, and imo with a better player. Favre> Brees. yeah i said it, wanna fight about it? lol Peterson>Bush Harvin>Colston.

Hell for shits and giggles and to get you guys goin Brady> Brees. Brady has many good seasons, Brees is having a great season this year. But everybody loves a winning team and tasty kool aid right?

As a giant fan in pain i'd like to take a moment to say: FUCK YOU SHOCKEY

Pretty much agree with what you said. Unless he gets injured or has a major meltdown, Favre is gonna win the MVP too. He is having one of his best seasons ever, at the age of 40.

Theres another thing that I love about Favre that has nothing to do with football statistically but I believe is good for the game anyways.... He keeps the game moving fast paced. This makes it much more enjoyable for the fans and the people that get bored easily. He also gets really fired up and I think this is really important on a team and to have good team chemistry. To play with a QB that cares that much, that gets that excited, that has that much competitive fire. It goes a long way.

So upset with those redskins yesterday, I don't even care what happens in the rest of the league.

I wish our offensive line would die in a fire.

But I def. got the saints takin the cake this evening, should be a kewl game though....

I think this will be a close game. It will come down to a trick play or a last second field goal.

7-3 and Pats seem to be able to drive on Saints pretty easy ...

NO 24; NE 10. Almost half time. Very good game so far.

I've gotta call my baby bro in Cali. No doubt he's in heaven this year. He's been a Saints fan forever...
