    so very true.

I love his work on VAI Sex and Religion.

SYL, his solo and production on Soilwork's Natural Born Chaos is awesome....

This thread just made me so fucking happy. Pretty much my favorite band. Burtons voice is fucking kickass and so diverse. I do miss Raymond Herreras double bass pedals though. He was a master

yup. he showcases his ability to sing with melody unlike a lot of other metal singers. Bite the hand that bleeds off the SAW soundtrack is good too

i always felt the most powerful voices in metal where:

    burton c bell
    Devin townsend
    phil alsemo
    rob halford
    jim gilette
    eric adams

there are many great singers, but they cant sing loud or as powerful as these guys

Believe it or not, I dont like the first album. I cant get into super fast death metal. Thats pretty much what the first album was.

yeah i saw the add, havent had time to right back..

did not care for transgression... felt the fear factory vibe was gone in that CD. which is odd cause archetype was not that bad... guess those two cd story board the demise of fear factory with raymond and christian. christian also bored me with his guitar playing.

have you heard burton's solo stuff Ascension of the Watchers or his singer on GZR

GZR is the solo work by Geezer Butler... some cool stuff

christian has played both guitar and bass for fear factory right? Byron has been in the band before if im not mistaken. I gotta read up on the specifics again, they've had a lot of changes.
