Does anyone besides me not understand backspacing and offset when it comes to wheels? Anyone who would like to shed some light on the issue, please don't hesitate!

In spite of what it looks like, this is only powder, it's not packed and therefore is not very weighty. If this was solid ice, then I would be concerned and most likely would be out there with a heater/blow dryer trying to melt it off, but, and I emphasize but, there is alot of air mixed in with this snow, hence the term 'powder', the weight per square inch is ounces. If you would notice, the stance of the vehicle is the same it's always been, I would prognosticate that the total weight of all this snow is in the 1 to 5 lbs range from the front of the car to the rear. On a stretch, maybe 10 lbs total....

But if you would have thought that it was very weighty, you would not have allowed it to build up as much as it did. Right?

Right.
The weight of snow doesn't concern me in any way....even really wet snow.
Not much I can do anyways. Just like shoveling a walkway while it is still snowing. Just seems counterproductive.

The gap between the rear fender and the wheel is huge. I don't remember it being that large even with my stock suspension. The ground does look uneven but I wouldn't think it would make that large of a gap.
