Probably not, but he'd get my vote for the running.

I agree there. Still though, I'm trying to picture a person of your advanced age saying, 'Off the hook.'

Unless Tebow continues to pick his game up, I think McCoy is looking good for it this year...

I think alot is still up in the air.... The next few weeks are going to be important.

Yeah, even the reporters were rubbing that one in every chance they got.

I didn't even watch the last part of the fourth quarter, my friends and I just said fuck it and started playing mario kart instead.

That was easily Tims best game since the concussion , and teams get easier as they get closer to the end of season..Hard to say about Colt .. all QBs look good after they run all over a team like they did yesterday ...

Unless he steps it up, he won't. This week, he did not play well at all. You gotta bring it every week.

I don't care who wins it, as long as it isn't Tim Tebow and Suh gets an invite.

    Preston:

I'm biased with Suh, and I haven't seen McCoy play too much, but you are probably biased towards McCoy. Now Suh's numbers kick McCoy's ass, but honestly who do you think is better? Have you seen Suh play much? My friend is from Texas and we are having a good argument about this. He thinks the teams in the South have a lot more talent and that's why McCoy's numbers suck. He thinks McCoy is better.

I say, Suh's numbers are amazing first off. Plus he is double teamed every game. I know this. I don't know if McCoy is. Suh is sooo good that Crick (DE) got 5 sacks against Baylor and tied an all-time Nebraska record. Teams are so concentrated on Suh that our whole DL is dominating. Now again I am probably biased, but Suh changes the other teams' whole offensive gameplan. Does McCoy do the same? I think not.

Its a good debate that I don't have the answer too nor have I watched Suh that much. I will say this, both should be top 5 picks and are projected to be so at this point I believe. One reason that McCoys numbers don't compare to Suh is OU 6 or 7 guys on D that are probably gonna play NFL ball. This years Defense is maybe the best in the Stoops era. Its hard to gameplan around McCoy when you have 2 other D-linemen that are almost as disruptive. Jeremy Beal is having a monster season, he has better stats than McCoy because McCoy does gather so much attention that Beal has benefited from it. This debate would really be like comparing apples and oranges, too many variables. Both dominant players that will have successful NFL careers.

I think it's hard to compare as well, but I love Nebraska so much and I am so biased, that I can't say someone is better than Suh.

It's like someone telling me a 350z is better than my Camaro.

I understand exactly. I have seen Suh mentioned as #1 overall pick in the last month which I haven't seen McCoy ever mentioned that way, take that for what its worth

He hasn't done anything to "win" it, at least not yet. If the season ended now and he received it, it would only be by default, not because he earned it.

I don't agree with that. If that was the case, the nutswingers would have handed it to him last year based on popularity/nutswingers, instead of Bradford. I also don't agree with it being a good story, most people are tired of Jesus Tebow. Tebow has more nutswingers than USC and I didn't think that was possible

No USC still wins with Notre Dame a close second as far as announcers think those teams walk on water ...Half of the Championship game is already decided , basically who wins SEC... Hard part is who will play them... If Gators win second Championship .......

I am not banking on Texas to win out, not that everyone is convinced they will run the table, they may slip up. They really don't have a good body of work either, Big 12 sucks this year, their non conference was a JOKE.
