Oatmeal can be made good. Raisins and/or honey.
Eggs are good.
Nothing wrong with a protein shake, even if you had one that day after a workout. Just watch out if you get gassy..
If you want to drink more water but have to have taste, try those lemonade or even those propel mini packets. Minimal calories with plenty of taste. And hey...it's water

I drink like 120 ounces of water a day. I still say as long as you're burning the calories you can eat whatever you want in moderation.

i use costco's brand of eggwhites that comes in a carton(like eggbeaters) and i usually will put 1 whole egg in it if i use half the carton or 3 whole eggs if i use a full carton. Carton is 16oz by the way. You can use them with out the eggs but it has an off kind of taste to them espically if you cook them at too high of a temp, burns real easy and even if you slightly burn them the whole batch will taste burnt, got to cook them at low temp. Most of the guys that lift/workout/bodybuild do this and takes some getting use to but i have been doing it for 2.5 years now and haven't looked back. I did post up my pics from before and after in the show your face thread.
