I was able to resist the zingers yesterday when I was at the store. But I craved them all today and had to have them. Crazy core skittles are skittles that are 2 flavors; the shell is one flavor and the inside is another. I'm enjoying my metabolism while I have it. Last week I had 3 whole packages of Oreos and 2 packages of Chips Ahoy chewy. Wow.....I'm a fatass. lol

im weird.. im rarely thirsty..i dont drink lots of fluids... milk and tea.. thats about it.. lol even when i eat im not thirsty... like my body gets its water from the food i consume
i know its not good for me... but i cant help it lol i just never quench for water
thats good tho.... i wish i could drink water..

I love ice water.
I drink that and the low calorie vitamin waters.
I have tried this before.
It works for about 20 minutes, then I am hungry again.
Slug down more water...then I get up to take a piss and stop by the kitchen.
Counterproductive at times.

Baby Carrots
Grapes
Lightly Salted Peanuts
Apples or apple sauce
Almonds
Oatmeal, filling, but not fatty or high in calories
A protein shake is a good meal replacement.

i used to drink vitamin water a lot.. but i stopped lol. got addicted to amps.... lol
but now i buy waters at work.. except i take one sip, and never touch it after that lol

I do protein shakes, but only after a workout.
At least one apple a day, had some baby carrots tonight.
Love the peanuts....grapes are a good idea as well.
I hate oatmeal though.... lol
I refill my water bottle at least twice at work.
I like the regular vitamin waters, but they are almost as bad as soda, so I go with the low calorie ones. Sometimes I just need something with taste.
