Hugger Orange/W stripes- 1999 Z28 M6
I average (mixed driving) around 18, but I just took a trip to Asheville and got 28.5 mpg - averaging around 70-75 mph. I have touched 30 mpg on an Interstate trip at 65-70 mph. I run BP (Amoco) 93 octane exclusively.
1575 rpm's at 75mph will do that.
M6 with some mods, just went over 101K.

Arctic White & Black- '98 WS6 M6 - SWAPTIME!
98 m6 ... exhaust, tune by moi and lid
city: ~16mpg
highway: ~28mpg
on the way home from oklahoma (roughly 700 miles) ... filled up before i left, filled up halfway home and then about 1 hour from home ... it gets better gas mileage and is cheaper to fill up than my old v6 exploder!

17-18 around town. 25-26 w/ cruise set on 80. 27-28 with cruise set on 75. I can't think of a time where I've set it lower. I did hit 30 going through the mountains in WV once....I'd just pop her in neutral and she'd roll down the hills at 90-95. 02 WS6/M6 w/ a lid.
