Toyota 4Runners
I've always liked these SUVs and am interested in a later third generation (lul) one. If you have or previously have had one please fill me in on the pros/cons etc.
I know they have bad gas mileage. I prefer the Limited models. Will want an Auto. Probably will choose RWD over AWD. Will not be modded/lifted etc.

In Before:
- they're terrible
- buy American
- buy an LS1
- but your 3rdgen is cool (wut)

id say its a great SUV to get, i know a lot of people with them and they are pretty good if you dont care about gas milage!

Mine drinks water too! Yay steel intake gaskets and whoever came up with that genius idea.. One of my friends has a hand me down '96 and it's bulletproof. It's the little interior stuff that annoys me. Like the seatbelt locks that keep you from moving forward are broken and stay locked, always annoying. Just little stuff

My mom use to have one, put 250,000 miles on it before she traded it. Pretty good vehicle, she kinda misses it.

it's not a runner but my yota 4x4 runs like a champ and has 200,000miles..
the 3.4 thats in them runners are great. lots of power from a v6 standpoint. it's been said a zabillion times.. but yota makes a good product.
when the engineers are scratchingtheir heads in the lab and wondering how an oem spark plug failed with 200,000miles on it and say "thats just not acceptable"
, well friends.. thats just dedication
