Trans Cooler lines (pic for an easy answer)
So i was talking to firebirdjones last night and was told that the return line on the stock transmission cooler was located on the bottom of the radiator, and that the return line also had a clamp on it so it would be easy to tap into to use the stock transmission cooler first, then to the aftermarket. But when i looked today the return line is crimped, and the line going TO the cooler is the one with the clamp. Should i use the aftermarket cooler first? or will i have to take off the crimped return line?

Sorry my bad,,,the line with the squeeze clamp should be the return line, that's the one to tap into. I was thinking it ran to the bottom.

Does it matter where the inlet/ outlet hoses face? My cooler is too big to put sideways on the radiator. Would it be better to mount it with the lines on the top or bottom? Thanks for all the help with this guys!

I think he actually means cooler lines up down or side ways in front of the radiator. That guys way is ok too but if you can fit it up front do it. Iinlet and outlet lines down are fine but make sure they don't kink or rub. I took a piece of larger tube and cut it open and slid it over my rubber lines to keep them from rubbing on the lower radiator support.
