I admit I hate dating, but it sure isn't hard to meet women... hard part is meeting ones that are to your standards and what your looking for. I have never tried to pick up a girl in my life, I'll go out and 9 times out of 10 one approaces me. Maybe its because they don't see me hitting on every girl? Alot of times its bartenders and I think thats a big reason why. I'm not a great looking guy, not in great shape, not rich, etc... I just don't see why some people have such a tough time meeting someone. Like the guy that shot up the gym near Pitt. I mean serious 16 years and couldn't get a date? So you take it out on women by killing random ones... anyways obviously by the time you hit 30 theres not many good 30ish women out there. Either taken, have a ton of kids, are psycho, whatever... I dated a few girls my age, I'm 31 and gave up on that. I go for mid 20s now.
When I was single I let it get to me that I was... then I started to really enjoy it. Now at times I really miss it. Just be patient, live your live, one will come along thats meant to be. Looking on dating sites and trying rarely get ya anywhere.

I love reading this stuff. Women have this view of men that all that goes through your mind, in the words of Jeff Foxworthy is, "I want a beer and I want to see something naked." It is really nice to know that there is more going on up there.
On a serious note, we were raised for the most part with parents who were together, or at the very least married when we were born. Thirty years ago people still got married at the age of 19. The older you get, the more stuck in your ways that you are, and the harder it is to incorporate someone into your life. Not immpossible just harder than our parents had it. It takes a lot of work, communication, and compromise. Most people, male or female, are just not willing to put in the work!
Good luck man!

Thanks. I would add that there's another factor: TV. Probably most women on TV look younger than 30.
