STS Turbo...Thoughts??

the sts turbo kit is great for someone looking to build a budget 500 horse car we install them at my dealership almost weekly. The only downside is there is a ton of turbo lag so you have to build up your low end torque and switch to a 4.10 rear end or you'll get beat off the line and not beable to catch up. As far as the oil lines go if your afraid you may snag them you can run custom bent ones in the car. It does add some weight to the rear of the car but it gives you 2 benefits a better balanced car and more weight to throw around if your drifting. I always recommend installing the connecting rod bolts from a 6.0 truck motor to give you a little more strength.

the only real big problem i've heard of with sts is that if it's raining your stuck at home or where ever you are at the time.. they have a tendancy to suck up any water that your DS rear tire spit's up...
check out this kit... it cost about twice what the sts kit cost's and you still can't go through deep water but if the road's are wt you can still get where your going.
