what do you guys think of this truck purchase

ok my uncle is wanting a new truck he wants to sell me his 2003 F-250 7.3l tubro powerstroke, its a ext cab, long bed, 4x4, has a 5th wheel hitch and towing pkg the truck has 120k on it for 9,000. im really leaning toward buying it.

on a scale of 1-10 how difficult would it be to turn the bed into a pool

-1 its easy, lay some plastic down and tape the sides up

3 currently, the trans am is basically sold i just need to get the backing plates on so the guy a drive it home.

then im going to list my 97 blazer for like 2k just to get it out of here.

if its an auto and it was used for towing stuff check over the trans first . auto transmissions in those trucks burn up pretty quick when there used for towing. my buddy has a dually with 70k and he's on his 3rd trans.

just small loads of hay but nothing big.

You sure it isn't a 6.0? The 6.0 had a couple of issues, nothing too serious though. I had a 2003 from work, and it was the 6.0 Diesel.

Looks ok from here.
