Didnt do a lick of time at all. I walked in on them red handed and he took off running. He ran through some private woods(Thats were he fucked up) and it happened there. I caught him, and tripped him. I got up first and that was it. I had been MMA training for about 9 months at that point.(Trained for almost 3 years off and on) The owners of the property didnt want to persue because they didnt see it. For all they knew he could have been making the story up. If I remember correctly it was around $40k in hopsital bills. I actually talked to his Dad on the phone and he said he was actually trying to get her to dismiss the case. He said that it served him right for doing this for the majority of the time we were dating and had warned him that they would get caught one day. That conversation was actually the first time I discovered that information. I figured they had done it more than once but not the majority of the time. Not sure why they did it, she should have just broken up with me. Dumb bitch. HAHA. I had also found out that they had been pulling it off because apparently they lived a few hundred yards through the woods in a subdivision. That was were he was running too I assume. I received a notice stating that the case had been thrown out about 3 years after. If I would have beat him in her house that would have been my ass. The charges were battery and attempted manslaughter. Ill never do it again.....def wasnt worth it. Even thought it made me feel better. Bet he wont do that to anyone again though.

It's doubtfull he'll nail any of her friends... Once it gets to that point, all her friends already know what's going on and they all probally think he's a chump who can't handle his business. That's the truth.

Man, your story brought back some memories. Similar thing happened to me; GF of 3 years, shared an apartment together....caught her sitting on our loveseat with her coworker's arm around her. It was then I knew what was up....

I had to move her car into our apartment garage so I did....at 30mph. Tore the sideview mirror off and the car up a bit too.

It's been about 5 years so my timeline may be skewed....actually, i think i did that after she wanted to leave to go "talk" to him in his car, and was gone about a half hour. I found them parked a distance away in the complex.

I was drunk as was she. I guess it served me right in a way. We were on a double date and dude felt left out when I started making out with his date and my GF at the same time. I only found out after we broke up that she had been doing him.

That really sucks, I don't tolerate any form of cheating because it is very disrespectful. If you are gonna go with someone else then just end it with the person you are supposed to be committed to. She must have been asking to get caught though if she had the nerves to do it while you were in the apartment in the next room. All I have to say she is a dumb bitch and gives the rest of us a bad name.
