The wheel hop is the thing I'm most worried about. I'd be really disappointed if I couldn't get that worked out.
No problem, let me know when its finished so i can check it out and i can show u the nitrous plate and how i got everything hooked up. If i had to guess I would say mine puts around 360 to the ground w/o the spray. The auto trannies, huge 10" Torque converter and drive shaft in the trucks eat up a hella lot more power. Again let me know when u get it out of the shop.

Just got it back this evening H! I am extremely impressed. My mechanic said to take it easy on the clutch and cam for a hundred miles or so then come back for an oil change. He's also gonna fix a small problem that I tried to fix myself and screwed up. What do you call the bar that fits directly across the rear diff? He told me to replace it with a heavy duty piece before I get it dyno tuned. On Sunday the 15th Wilfredo is gonna meet me at work to check it out. You're welcome to join. Bring the Chevy...

Bet it sounds really nice and gonna be really hard to stay out of it to break it in. This will be the time when your driving it and see all kinds of opportunities or get antagonized by some ricer with a fartcan Not sure about the piece your talking about, have no experience in the suspension department. Yeah, I saw Will today and we were talking and he said you took some pics and stuff of your car with the engine and transmission out. Im off Sundays, but I can come out, would be worth the trip. Just let me know the time when you all figure it out.

The ricers aren't worthy. I saw the suspension part on one of the videos on Ls1sounds.com. I'll have to go back and see if I can find it. I'll try to confirm with Will for next Sunday and I'll post.

Bad news H. After a weekend of somewhat spirited driving I started her monday morning and had 0 oil pressure. It's back in the shop and I don't expect it back this week. Mechanic thinks it's the oil pump or there's air getting in. Wish me luck...

sorry to hear that, hopefuly it is something simple. It could jusf be the oil pressure sending unit, or a stuck oil pressure relief valve. I have read similar stuff like this happening after a cam swap. Wish u luck!

Got it back yesterday H. Installed a Melling oil pump and for the sake of it installed a water pump too. I'm hoping to get it dyno tuned by the end of summer. Let me know what your plans are for Sunday.
