sucks you got a ticket and have a $130 fine, P.

i give you props for choosing not to fight it since you admitted being in the wrong.

going 12 over is not an arrestible offense unless you were running from him or violated and traffic laws. since you didnt, that's why you did not have to exit your vehicle and take up occupancy in his.

hopefully you will catch a break or something will work in your favor from this incident.
