i was just at court thurs, (not for me) and a guy came in he was charged with speed 16 over. cop asked what he wanted to do he said he didn't want the points but would pay the fine the cop said we can do that and we don't even have to go in front of the judge. he said give me two mins. he did it and came back guy was gone in 15 mins no points.
i have done this before. if i don't get the points that is cool with me.

Wow that kinda sucks man. I got pulled over the other night for 53 in a 45, didnt get a warning for speeding, but got a warning cause the DMV screwed up on my regestration and said my car was black?? Can they really write a warning for that?
