This situation I can but out there, I don't know the officer, and there was an article in a local paper around where I live. But, it was regarding an officer tasering an 15 year old unarmed boy resisting arrest in school.

I don't agree with this use of force, even non lethal, if your an officer and you can't restrain a 15 year old boy, then pick another profession.

Please, explain your qualifications.

Because I know 5 officers personally that all have 15 to 20 years of experience as officers that i know would say that was uncalled for. One by the way has pulled his gun once on a person, 18 years of service, and working in the city of New Haven.

And, I have friends that I know and meet in the criminal justice program "who are now cops" that would say she didn't get enough. By the way, these are the same friends of mine that name there guns and regularly talk about how tough they are.

please explain to me who deserves to get a beating form the police and who does not??? I wish to be enlightened.

We trust someone to run around with a loaded gun at their hip, pull people over, speed, and use force as neccesary and pay them for it, they better damn well stay within their guidelines.

In your previous post about her talking shit to the officer and eluding to the fact that his actions were justified because she called him a pig, you are absolutely wrong! There are certain words and phrases that are considered by law as "fighting words," but you have to prove a little something called actual malice (malicious intent) in order for it to stick. Calling a police officer a pig certainly doesn't justify the ass beating of a life-time (until she starts dating Chris Brown). The officer has training to deal with this, he couldn't, he stepped WAY over the line, and now he will pay the piper.

Friend of mine, worked on police department in my area and retired. Said to me that a good Police officer doesn't need to have a college education. He or she just needs to be a people person, they need to be able to deal with the situations that people throw at them good and bad. They also need to have a good work ethic. my friends also has an excellent sense of humor. He said to me that these are the people that make the best police officers.
