No one is suggesting that she is anything other than a suspect in an auto theft as far as I can see.

My beef is that no cop the right to circumvent the justice system and deliver the punishment he or she deems appropriate.

I agree that it is up to the judicial system. But IMHO, she needed her ass kicked. I just wish her parents did it a long time ago, because this is just going to fuel the fire.

SHE SHOWED NO SIGNS OF RESISTING? The bitch admitted to not cooperating with officers AND talking shit to them. Then there is the fucking video evidence of her uneccesarily kicking her shoe at the police. If she wasn't acting like a c*nt, then she's just stupid; natural selection if that is the case.

Umm, I was talking about the actual confrontation. "Talking shit," is hardly justification for a beating, believe it or not. And if she was not cooperating beforehand, I don't have a problem with officers subduing her. Clearly that's not what we're discussing here.
