I like the non HDR pics, the HDR pics are "too much", looks to me like you hit the "Sharpen" button in photoshop

Some like it, some don't.
If done right, and in the right situation, you wouldn't even know it was HDR.

I have just been playing around with options.

Working on processing a set of pics from today. Put about 100 miles on Slowass. It was a wonderful day here in Colorado. Almost 80 degrees in Denver.

I believe it was beatiful everywhere today. Been at a car show since 7 this morning. Of course the wifey forgot the camera. Good thing they come on phones now.



Cool thing was I got my scoresheet back after the show, so I could see what needs to be improved. (160 out of 200) lost by 5 points.

edit: don't tell Sarge, but they put me in front of the royal purple sign.

engine bay has always been a mess in mine. Got all my lines, ac condensor, tb, maf and sanded all the welds down then polished with a buffer. added some FRC's to cover the excess wires that they hate to see, and bought a nice last of the breed head plate that dressed it up.

went from 40'ish/60 last show to a 58/60 in engine. I lost points from scuff on the front nose and apparently they spotted some dirt in the crevice of my driver seat. Also, if you don't show your undercarriage, you get n/a which loses you 20 points. (gotta remember that). If anyones interested, I can post up a judging sheet that they use. Good stuff to know for next time.
