who cares if she is dating someone else or married. obviously there are a few things going on:

-either you two hooked up well and she really digs you (didnt plan on liking someone else)
-shes easy and loves to cheat
-shes in a bad relationship, but is too vulnerable to be alone

there are tons of scenerios, you have to find those out before deciding if she is worth dating or not.
also just cause she has taken an interest in you while she is dating someone else, it does NOT mean she will do the same to you later on.

majority of the time maybe. All the time no. you are wrong. "cheating" can come in too many forms to say that. some have already been brought up and they happen all the time. Another one could just be immaturity. That can cause someone to not wanna break it off with one guy before going to someone else she found that is a better guy for her. Immaturity is something that the person can grow out of and be somewhat coached through during the course of a long relationship.
