shit, age is all in your head/mind.
I'm going on 32 in december, look younger, for the most part act younger too. I always have fun and just stay responsible. Where as I see others that are my age, they have been married/divorced, balding w/beer guts, hate their job, bitch about house maintenence, child support.. All that stress accerlerates your aging. not worth it.
I laugh cause I have none of those issues.....
Thinking young, limited to no stress, and having a young nympho gf is the key. current gf of 4 years just turned 25.
might have to trade her in for a younger one. LOL

in todays society 30 for women is old.
their prime looks are in the early 20s...
their sexual peak is mid to late 30s...
no wonder why women are confused...
for us guys we have it made, the older we become the more younger and younger women(girls) want us.
you never hear girls saying Sean Connery or George Clonney where hot when they where young, now they are old and girls want them.
no-one wants an old chic.
(i dont agree with it, i know many older chics that are hot)

Enjoy it.
Between the ages of 30-35 my metabolism slowed down so for the first time in my life I actually had to be careful about what I ate... Not that it was a huge problem, but I found that i could actually gain weight more easily and that is not a good thing when you are a regular and average type guy like me...
In my later thirties I found that i could still do everything i could do in my teens and twenties but usually for not as long as I would get tired more easily.
In my forties I learned that I had to work harder at not looking tired or stressed when I was doing physical stuff. I also had my first rectal exam and I can promise that it was not fun at all. I also tore an ACL and I did not even fall down... It just gave out... Which was extremely disappointing....
I do have a full head of hair but what used to be a nice shade of brown with some gray streaks is now fully gray.
Over the course of my forties I began using prescriptions for heartburn, blood pressure, and cholesterol. I also found that I needed glasses to help me see close up in addition to far away.
Now I have just turned 50...
I went to the local fair for the first time in at least three years... I ate two clam burgers, one hot sausage with onions and peppers, had a doughboy with butter and powered sugar, and ate a bag of cotton candy and washed it down with two bottles of Moxie.
About midnight I felt like I was going to croak but I remember when I was a kid I could eat all that stuff and be just fine.
So....
Party like there is no tomorrow because the older you get the quicker time seems to pass.

stating 40 is the new 20, is for people that can not handle aging

Actually, Cosmo is directed at 20-30 year old women. And no I don't believe everything I read. Just stating an obvious trend toward society seeing women later in life being attractive. You see it on TV shows and magazines all the time now.

Only one of the 'Housewives' is really all that attractive.

Although completely off-topic, I would still do bad things to Diane Lane.
