Got into an accident in the Trans Am today

Well, here's the story...me and a coworker went out to get dinner at around 1530. While on a 3 lane highway type road, this d-bag merges into my lane and pushes me into the curb (I was in the far right lane and he was in the center). I slam the curb hard...hard enough to think I broke my rim. He doesn't want to involve the insurance companies, so yeah . Here's the damage:

I think I might take his opportunity to get the WW Front lip and get the entire car repainted (swirl marks and random small scratches are killing me >.<). I'm also entitled to a new wheel, which I'll take as a sign to get 11" wide wheels and 315/35/17 tires on the back (I currently have 9.5" wheels and 275/40/17 tires).

I did get his info and filed a report...I'm going to try my best to get my worth out of him (he looks rich...it was a Lexus )...I'm going to have my buddy (who works at a body shop) to make up a bill so that I can get it done properly.
