interior problem

ok on my dash there are adheisive spots because the previous owner and ive been trying to ignore them but now they are starting to piss me off and ive used some adhesive remover pads on them which made the situaion worse. what do yall suggest on this situation???

Have you tried goo gone? bumper sticker remover may help also.

I would try to use a hair dryer and a spoon to "scrape it" off
The spoon will work because of its dull edges and won't damage the surface
Chemicals solvents like goo gone could present a problem as it may discolor the dash

I have the same problem. When I bought the car, I figured goo gone would take care of it.

But, it would seem that someone used maybe thinner on the spots and actually 'burned' the plastic and now it's just permanent!

Pissed me off. The only thing I can do is replace the whole thing now.

Hopefully you don't have that problem. Try the goo gone. I've used that stuff forever on all kinds of things. It's great

If it is just the adheisive thats left on the dash.
WD40 sprayed on rag wipe off adheisive and then cleaned with soapy water and then your favorite dash treatment.
