Yes the phone shows a date stamp you just have to go far enough in to the pic properties on the phone and no you can't fuck with it unless you are knowledgeable enough to hack the phone memory (most people out there are not). Ideally this chick would still have the original text from this guy.

You've still opened a door to some trust issues so keep that in mind and if she wasn't lying about how she got the pic, careful on how you approach an apology so she doesn't turn it around on you being the creep cause you were in her e-mail.

so explain again how she "accidently" sent a pic of a dude's dick that should've been immediately deleted to her email. seeing that you would have to 1. select the pic, 2. enter the email, 3. it gives you a preview showing the pic and the email address (at least every phone i've had does), and 4. send it. And also, like said before, why the HELL would it be in her email STILL after 2 months?!?!?!?!?!? I know she's checked her email since then...
