Rules before making posts/replying in this forum
http://www.ls1.com/forums/rules.php
read them over again folks. with all the recent threads where they get out of hand with insulting each other, i now have to make things a little clearer.
1. When someone makes a derogatory post about you directly, you do not reply to the offensive post. you report it and let a moderator handle it. Do not encourage the person any.
2. If you do reply, you will get an alert/warning as well. This is because you are contributing to the degradation of the thread.
3. Keep the posting about the vehicle and not about the person. There is no need to insult the person. This is not say to you can't take jabs at someone in fun. But only for fun. use icons like or this , so we will know it.Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

with the latest import vs LS1 conversations going on, another rule has to be issued.
4. when there's a thread about someone winning/losing with an import, do not get into a debate over how crappy the import is, or how weak the drivetrain is, etc... keep it only about the race. good job, sorry you lost, etc... only.
start getting off topic and it'll get locked. start getting into conversations that have nothing to do with the post gets deleted.
get into a stupid arguement over mechanics of the vehicle, or anything else, get a warning.
yes, this is a LS1 site. doesn't mean only LS1 owners are allowed to be here. if you feel you cannot resist the urge to interject your 'wisdom' about said vehicles, then stay out. if you decide to post your 'wisdom', get ready to be banned from the thread at a minimum.
those of you that are import owners and are on this site, you've come into a site not of your vehicle. expect some ribbing. it comes with the territory. if it gets out of hand, just report it and the moderators will handle the situation. do not get into a pissing contest over it.Last edited by mrr23; 08-09-2008 at 06:46 PM.
