a/c condensor always on?
I've noticed that my a/c condensor is ALWAYS dripping wet even if i know i've never turned it on. Is that right?

nope it is not. Check the clutch on the compressor. If it is not engaged it should free wheel in your hand, if it is engaged something has seized it, or its getting voltage some how.

It runs the compressor to pull moisture out of the air to keep your windows from fogging up.

Yes it runs the A/C as a de-humidifier as previously stated. LOL No wonder your mileage has been shit. . . . . . . . . .
