    Well like the designer said "its not a project, its a passion". If this guy has the backing to build something that he has dreamed of all his life then more power to him. I am sure he will be able to pull in plenty of profits from it as well. Sure it may not be practical but neither is dumping 100,000$ into a car to push 1500 hp. Its just something that someone wants to do.

    if it proved itself to be safe I would stay there for a night or two.

    Not much you can do at an underwater hotel......right? Walk around and look at water all day would get boring unless I was banging some hot towel head chick
