Break through at the gym
I did 285 on bench press and a set of 12 at that. I'm fuckin stoked! so close to breaking the magical 300 mark I set for myself

Set of 12 at 285....you could put up over 300. Good job bro....you're stronger than me that's for sure.

We'll see, I'm sore as fuck today. Last night I told some guy I was talking to at a McDonalds and hes like "SHIET DAWG, 285 aint SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" silly bastard.
And some guy told me in the gym as I'm doing the shit *highschooler* he said he could do 300 last week but cant now because he took that week off for foot ball LOL. When monday rolls around I'm pushing the big 300 even if it means I crap my pants

I am allergic to Whey, so I can only consume egg protein. I'm about to have lunch, it is 1 large chicken breast... by large I mean about a pound, around 60-80 grams of protein, it is chopped up and put into some Kraft Delux mac and cheese with contains 15 grams of protein. I also have some broccoli in there because its tasty. But I only drink water so theres my carbs and shit.
eating healthy isn't hard to do, and not much more expensive

Be careful man. i was 6'2 when i stared to squat and i was doing most in my class. i maxed out at 415. after a month of working i measured my self and i was 6'1 and then a month later 6'0 and now im an embarrassing 5'11. so know i stopped lifting and im happy haha i dont know if its the same for bench but i know it somehow can be bad for you

wow... very impressive... ive been off for about two months and starting to hate myself for doing it... everythig is going to shit... arms, pecs, back, legs...
anyways that was my goal too by next may.... this year up at school i got to 265 for one rep while wieghing 175.. i'm 5'11 too
