Throttle Body

Okay my question is i just ported my throttle body and ive notice that it can open up much more if i can adjust the throttle body cable, so has anyone messed with there throttle body cable and adjusted it if so inform me on how to thank you.

Hey Sarge. Would that PM be about the throttle stop grind mod? If not, can you enlighten me?

There is a small black cylinder on the throttle cable, just behind where the cable is clamped to the intake manifold. If you pop off the "clip" on the cylinder then you can adjust the tension by moving the cables, then re-clip it to lock it in place. If you make the cable too tight then you may have a problem with idle.
