It was around 152-155mph on a slight curve. Time to get the Grannatelli 200mph Speedo.

I'm not sure how fast I have gone or could go. When the car was stock I had the speedo barried at 150+ in fifth gear at 4,500rpm. So I still had another 1,000 rpm and another gear. I ran out of road

Now the car is far from sock, but with a Moser rear end and 4:10 gears, so 160 or so might be the top speed.

Saw 70MPH on a VERY well driven highway today.
On the skinnies.

Never again. Stupid grooves send the car all over the place. I will stick to the track for anything over 55MPH on the ProStars.

125-130 on the 170 to 101 interchange at 5:00 on a saturday morning i got on and accelerated to 70 but when i saw open room and no police i kept going. took it definetly to 123 but then i let the seat up and turned the music down to focus but then slowed up to avoid trouble.

after i got off work i realized i blown a gasket and a rod bearing. so i got a rebuild.

on my way to naval air station fallon nevada on the 167 i buried the needle. tail started to float bad so i had to let off but it was still pulling after the needle bottomed out.

I was on a stretch of road out there at about 3:00 am and was doing about 130 in my 70 chevelle on the way back from california when an f-16 flew about 70 ft over my head at mach1 or something. It scared me so bad I just about crapped myself. It was cool but at three am on a bender (when I was 19) was a little much.

i have legal proof of 107 lol...that one was expensive.

but as some others, the speedo stops at 155 and HP Tuners speedo doesnt go higher

first day i bought it, i pulled it out of my shop and hit the highway... 145ish mph (impossible to be exact on stock speedo).

Buried it while burying a Lightning...so 155+, and no sight of the Lightning after 120, even after I shut her down, he never caught up....scared me when I looked down to see the speedo on the pin.....with my T-tops off....

i topped mine out at 150 ran it there for about 5 mins and my water temp went red so i slowed down to 70 as soon as i did i passed a state trooper so i got lucky

Yeah, find Dubai on Google Earth, you will see man-made islands shaped into trees. Freakin amazing, that place will probably have the first, second, third, and fourth tallest buildings in the world in the next ten years....you should look up all the thousands of construction plans they have all over that city....

yeah its amazing, despite what people say about the middle east, some parts are amazing,

for ex, lebanon where my gf's family is from, called the oasis of the middle east, its really nice, her dad is taking me to their, romania amsterdamn and all the surrounding fun country's im trying to talk him into getting me into the uae, but its not as easy as crossing a border, they arent to fond of people jumping country to country. you should see this guys passports, like added pages of shit where he's been cause all the book is full 3 times over. just this last 2 years too. he's a well traveled person and teaches me about all the stuff outside of my little home town bubble and fast cars lol

I have an old email someone sent me of Dubai's plans, I'll send it to you if I find it. Yeah, especially since 9/11, a lot of people seem to believe that the Middle East is all sand and crazy suicidal people...simply not true. I would love to visit Lebanon and Dubai, especially Dubai's new golf course, very nice.

I honestly have never been over 130 in any of the 8 4th gens i've owned. These cars feel very unstable to me after that speed. I don't see how some of you can go 150-160 in these. Scary.
