Im not going to lie, I do like mustangs, yea V6s are slow as fuck we know nothing is new.
But when we talk about more serious cars with V8 the f-bodies need 2 dump in 2 grand for a rear end so it can handle its power and not break while the mustangs wont brake but need 2 grand for some more power. So either way your going to spend some money on the car just depends where...

Supercharger this, supercharger that, real men mod their cars so it goes out the window. Your cobra has a supercharger, well to make it up all is needed is NOS or a little boost. Run what you brung, there is always someone faster.

I like 5.0 Stangs (owned two of them), but that's about it. The 2003-04 Cobras are nice, but too heavy IMO. The newer "retro" Stangs do absolutely nothing for me...

I'm serious. A buncha my friends have gt and cobra 4.6 & 5.0 older mustangs and I've beat all of them except for a fox body that has a good bit of money in it.

Plus they sound like crap, all whiney

I love my Ford foxbody, and I love Mustangs. This thread sucks.

..and I'd happily drive a new Mustang GT down the road and enjoy it (I'd want the olive green one, manual). I'd love to have tons of money to buy lots of cars; I guarantee you I'd have one to go with my other two cars.

It doesn't really matter if anyone agrees with the thread or not. This is an LS1 site and the thread says, "The Official Mustangs Suck Thread" and he asked to list reasons why.

If someone doesn't think Mustangs suck, they really don't have anything to contribute to this thread.

If someone thinks they do suck, then there isn't much anyone from the other side is going to say to change it.

To me, it's easy. I'm a GM guy, and no one will change it.

The only thing I'll say about Fords is this.......I'd buy a Ford (or Dodge) before ever buying anything foreign.
