Dude it already looks like you are gonna stay strong and not give into her, but let me reinforce the fact that you SHOULD NOT put a girl on the deed of a house you are buying. I worked with a guy that did that and he got totally fucked over and lost a lot of money on account of that. Theres absolutely no reason to put a girlriend on a purchase like that regardless of whether she is paying money or not. Don't buy houses with people you aren't married to. YOUR MONEY YOUR RULES! THe minute you mentioned her paying for anything she sure lost interest didn't she? lol Buy a house, do it on your own, develop the equity and make the investment. You'll find many replacement girls because all girls like a guy that has his own house. Dont be stupid man.

If you're selling it to buy the house then thats one thing. But I know you wanted to sell it about a week after you got it for reasons unknown. Atleast make a couple passes in it. its too sweet to not really see what it can do

i bought my place before i was married, let me restate that, my "mother" bought my condo. legally she is the owner.
heres my story, Mark gets married in june of 03, little more than 2 years later Mark is divorced. now if Mark had bought condo and left it in his name, Mark just might of had to pay her a few bucks. but because Mark was never leaglly the owner and paying "rent" to the owner, Mark lost nothing.

women almost always walk in to a relationship with more debt than anything else. they expect prince fuckin charming to pay off their debt that they have had for years just because your the prince. alot of men make the mistake of paying the womens bills or joining her bills together with his, big mistake.
with divorce rates over 50% why would any guy with half a brain wanna put a women on any type of paper work saying they own something when she paid nothing.

i completely agree with the contract you came up with. i for damn sure dont want anyone taking half of my stuff if something were to happen. i saved up a shit load of money that i had planned to use for a downpayment on a house, but i decided to go to school and live off of it for now. there are a FEW women who have their head screwed on straight in this world, and i like to think i am one of them. i agree with the fact that most women are deep in debt and think they can get a free ride from "some guy" if they act right. but thats bullshit. i dont live my life that way. i save my fuckin money and WILL be singing a prenup if i ever decide to get married. even the thought of marriage right now makes me wanna hurl. hell i have way more shit than my bf does now. i dont want him having my shit if things were to go down. no fuckin way in hell.
