ive been debating all year whether or not to black out my taillights, i did the 3rd brakelight on the spoiler which looks amazing..but im still on the fence about my taillights...im not gonna do the covers will get get them sprayed so it will be permanent, but at the same time the honeycomb taillights are the only stock taillight i like..but my car is all black and blacked out everything on black cars is...amazing

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
I went for a darker look on my car, but I left the tail lights alone.
It was just TOO dark with them done.

Here's mine.
I'm probably going to start memorizing the link to the pic with as many times as I've posted it.
From the side.
I still need to get my new camera out, but I haven't waxed my car in over a month. Weather keeps changing on me.

Has anybody used the covers instead of painting them??? Any pics? I was thinking of doing this too but wasn't sure about painting them, and I wasn't sure if the covers would look good or not.

I love my covers, except for one time when I washing the car, I took them off so I could wash the lights. I set them on the grass in my yard and the wind caught them and drug them across the street and put some small scratches in them. They're hardly noticeable, but it still bothers me when I look down and see the scratches. so now I put them in the trunk when I wash the car, just to be safe.
