arent you running low 8's in the 1/8th? - think the best ive musterd out was a mid 8 - right behind kealap and he swapped in a 6.0 - very similar build/mods to mine on his SS and hes about 30 whp over me

Just takes practice. I know in one day I have pulled .5 seconds off of my time. Bullet has become very good using drag radials on his car. Though he needs to back up that time some Driver mod is the most important for getting the car moving fast from a stop.

i want to put some DRs on but with 115,xxx on the clock i know the rear couldnt handle em for long

Mine held up ok. I acutally lost time with DRs, but that is mostly from my gear ratio and my cam being pulled out of its power range. Sure if I had felt like it I could have practiced some more and made real improvements.

So we got word from the builder today, they said the house would most likely be ready to move back into in 2 weeks!

Very cool ! I can only imagine how much you are wanting to get back into your own place again and out of the rental house.

I completely agree, normally I would prefer the rims showing. Mine would just a lot of time that I have not had to get the shining again. Really wish they were chromed instead of polished.
